D'Ru Guest House

Very clean room with air conditioning and comfy bed. Guest house is ran by a lovely family who gave us breakfast and a lift to the airport. Perfect accommodation 👌🏼

Nice clean room. Welcoming hosts. Tasty fried rice for breakfast.

Be aware it's a 45 minute walk (mostly uphill) from airport and the opposite direction of the harbour. You can get a taxi from the airport though. We found the hotel still worth it as it was best value for money we could get.

We particularly enjoyed the welcoming of the family. We felt like we were home. The facilities are also really good (Ac, bathroom, coffee - tea maker...) It is really easy to rent a scooter and go explore labuan Bajo. The gueshouse is located in a nice and quiet place, not far from batu cermin.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Lovely peaceful place and the family are such wonderful people. We extended a few more nights and so happy to be staying longer. Highly recommend staying here. Even let us use their Scoopy to get into town which is lovely and offered to drive us too, such a welcoming family, highlight was having a cuddle with Diego their 9 month old baby!

Thyo and his family were incredibly hospitable. Nothing was too much. We felt like part of the family straight away. The room and breakfast are great value. Even though the location is not in the centre of tourist district, it didn't matter because it was only a 10min scooter ride in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The host is super nice and the room is alright. I could also rent their scooter for free to grab some food.

There was no toilet paper which was a bit unfortunate. It would be so simple to just add that. There were also no plates for breakfast, which was a bit weird. Also some more choices for breakfast rather than chocolate cream would be cool.
