I had an exceptional experience here, surrounded by stunning scenic views and beautiful plantations. Mornings were a delight with the sound of birds singing, and the warm hospitality truly made the stay special—Susan, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Beautiful separate annexe in grounds of owners home in delightful large garden. Easy to find and the perfect distance from the main road (i.e. close enough that you do not have to drive down long narrow lanes and far enough that you cannot hear traffic). Spotlessly clean, lovely bed linen, excellent location for visiting Gloucester, Tintern, Chepstow and surrounding villages, plenty to do around area. Owner sent local area information in advance and copy in property. Good pub food locally including one within walking distance. Conservatory gives a lovely space to sit and read or enjoy the garden after a day out, there is also allocated space outdoors with table and chairs looking out on beautiful garden. Pleasant owners who met us on arrival, fresh milk, cider and cakes provided which was a lovely touch. Stayed for four nights, just wish we could have stayed longer. Immaculate property, hope to return.

Great layout and furnishings, lovely peaceful location, surrounded by birds and birdsong. Fabulous hosts made sure we had everything we needed and fabulous tips for places to go and things to do. Safe parking in a beautiful landscaped property close to many of the areas attractions.

Lovely place to stay, handy for the forest, quiet and tranquil. The owners made us very welcome and comfortable
