Large 2 bed near Glasgow Airport

Good size rooms, clean and tidy. Good location for Aldi and Morrison shopping.

Both mattresses were a bit tired, excuse the pun. Had a fine sleep but not great. Overall it was ok for the night.

Good location for the airport

Property was dirty. Floors not washed or swept, spillages everywhere. Dirty cutlery, dirty fridge. Dirty shower, hair on doors, bathroom sink had toothpaste marks on taps and on sink, toilet hadn’t been flushed, only 3 bath towels for 4 people. Shower was either scalding hot or cold. No heating or hot water. Contacted host who was no help, didn’t answer his phone and stopped replying to messages, latterly they bounced back. Received a message saying he was outside with extra towels, went down but no one to be see . Claimed he had pressed the buzzer many times and been outside for 20 mins. Clearly the buzzer doesn’t work either. Guests are given instructions on cleaning etc. I suspect there is no cleaner for the flat and he is leaving it to the guests. Have sent a message asking where the refund is but have had no reply. An absolute disgrace that heating and hot water is not provided.

Space, location

Some dirty cloths on the wardrobe left from cleaning. Not enough blankets for people from warm countries.

Lovely spacious apartment, comfy bed with local shops nearby.

The flat was really clean and accessible. Right across the street is a cafe that does breakfast food all day, and free on street parking right across the road. The bathroom and the bedrooms were all a really good size and the living room was very comfy.

The flat is spacious and furnished well throughout. Modern kitchen with everything needed for our stay, and was good to have a dining table in the lounge. Bathroom also spacious with dressing table, very handy for getting ready and nice hot powerful shower. The beds were very comfortable and we both slept well, was pleased there was a tv in the bedroom! The free on street parking was also handy, the location was perfect for us.

The space and rooms we were looking for with having our son too.

It was generally quite clean - kitchen, linen, towels etc, but the carpets maybe need a good hoover between customers so my son picked up a few different pieces of a broken bracelet/necklace.
