Hanok 1st Street

It is a Korean type room, you sleep on the floor and you eat sittang near the narrow table. It is very exiciting, as if you go to the old Josong.

Really enjoyed the coffee and breakfast. Received fresh towels and water daily. Felt like a safe area especially as I was traveling by myself. Probably one of my comfiest sleeping arrangements in South Korea.

Bit of a walk or limited public transport so make sure to pay attention to bus timetables to avoid having to book a taxi or walk.

Cozy room in a lovely hanok. The place has a beautiful garden, there's a kitchen you can freely use for breakfast and at night to make a coffee or a tea. The building is located just outside the city center of Gyeonju, so it was very quite and peaceful. The owners live there, in case you need anything, they are always extremely helpful. The main attractions in Gyeonju are scattered around and not concentrated in a single place, so you need to walk or take local buses/uber to move around. The location is very convenient anyway.

Lovely hanok! I loved the experience and had a great night of sleep! The hosts do not speak English but it was no trouble.

The hanok is in a very quiet street that gets very dark at night. It can look a bit scary. But it’s very safe, so don’t worry!

The host couple are extremely kind and gentle, they allow our luggage to keeping in the office before check in. Nice and tidy up room, bathroom, and shared kitchen. I really enjoyed staying Hanok 1st Street.
