Great location, in the city center. Everything is walkable.

The bathroom smells like sewage. The heating didn't work so they gave us electric heaters, but the rooms have only one electric outlet. One of the rooms has no windows. There is a bit of noise, but that is to be expected of this location.

Location was ideal for exploring Madrid. Light and airy.

Air conditioning was poor which made sleep uncomfortable at night

Ante mi insistencia lo arreglaron la tercer y última noche Me estafaron cuando prometieron reparar estas faltas con un reembolso del 20 % de lo abonado, prometiendo hacerlo en determinada fecha, que ya ha vencido y no tengo noticias Conscientes de todo Sin importarles no cumplir con lo pactado Mal intencionados En mi país se los llama ESTAFADORES

No funcionaba el ascensor

The location was great, felt safe and secure, and the apt was stocked with everything we needed. It was 100 degrees for 3 straight days and the AC had a hard time keeping up though.

When we booked the property we were told we could check in at 1pm, but the electronic key was malfunctioning, no one would answer our chats and no one would answer the phone. We sat in a dark hallway for 3.5 hours until we could finally get someone to answer the phone and let us in. This property needs to upgrade its remote check in process.
