No air conditioner as promised and I was forced to add R300 on top. And TV was fault

Friendly staff assisted the best way they could. breakfast was well prepared although it's served later for someone who is on a business trip and needs to be somewhere early

Limited parking And access, bad road, no WiFi or TV, poor bedding , price different from that displayed online yet Thier phones are not working for confirmations,

The food and how welcoming they are. They're all good communicators and friendly.

The network cable for TV and WI-FI needs to be sorted, it's good that the staff can keep entertained but other guests might choose to be reserved and in their rooms. WI-FI is crucial for business guests like me.
