AUI did not like or enjoy my visit to the Harmony Retreat because I could not find the location, and the person who was supposed to meet me at the rail station to take me there did not arrive. Consequently, you received payment from me, and I received nothing in return. Not only this, but I then had to pay again to another establishment for accommodation. Understandably, I was not impressed with your service. As I will explain to anyone who asks my opinion on your establishment.
