Location is fantastic and room was quite big and very clean. Shower water pressure was amazing

Pool was dirty, didn’t want to use it.

Excellent value and great experience

The front gate key is difficult to operate. It would give a little more peace of mind if there was security where the cars are parked.

The location of the property was great. For the price and ease of key collection it was outstanding. The balcony with an ocean view really improved the stay. The area and other guests was pleasant and quiet.

The kitchen really could use an upgrade, the 2 plate stove made it really difficult to cook and the counter space for food prep was not enough. On the third day of our stay, there was a cleaning service, there was a few plates in the sink we did not get to cleaning and it was left as is, and the replacement towels was old, hard and stained, this was also really unpleasant.

We had problems with a couple of the locks on gates.

The braai facilities was dirty and braai grids was rusted , not good to braai your food on There was no rubish bin at the braai facility The Building was only cleaned once in ten days that we stayed there We had water and power problems twice in the ten days

The location was amazing, walking distance from the beach and local hangout spots. I liked that we got comped an extra night when we had to unfortunately first complain about the linen not being changed. but that was a nice gesture.

The fact that our linen didn't get changed on a timely manner, also the room was then left unlocked after the cleaning lady did come once we complained. Also the fact the lady was already home and could not be reached when we complained about the linen and we had to wait an extra day with dirty linen and towels. Also didn't like that that the house keeping didn't, do a quick bathroom and kitchen clean when she came in, as I don't travel with my household cleaning stuff on holiday. We were also not overly impressed with the fact there was only SABC channels and the TV didn't work with us, so we needed to complain about that. we ended up watching Netflix off our laptop the entire trip, which was a bit crappy, please look into investing in some DSTV channels or smart TV's. The internet was also quite bad on days. We also didn't like that the place did not have a safe, please consider getting one. Other than a few cleanliness issues, like the top of the fridge being filthy and red lipstick marks on the glasses, the place can do with a more modern upgrade. I hope you take these into consideration as we loved the location and would love to come back, but to make the experience a bit more pleasant, the above can be addressed.

I think is a affordable stay if you working with a budget but ill rather spend little bit more to make the stay more pleasant

No locked carage or gate for my car, its wide open from the street easy access for people or thieves from the street,
