Beautiful apartment, fabulous beds, linen & towels & a lovely robe for each person. Kitchen superbly equipped. Gorgeous balcony with a hot tub. Stunning views & great location. The family who own the property are delightful & can’t do enough to make your stay the best experience. They also own Ammos beach bar/restaurant - definitely, not to be missed!

Hands down one of the best stays I've had in a while. The loft is beautiful and fully equipped with everything necessary. The owners have been more than gracious and accommodating. In addition to the property, we also visited their beach bar/restaurant where the service was equally as good. The food was great, and the whole experience elevated the entire trip. Highly recommend.

Stunning, very large apartment with amazing views. Just a few steps away from the beach and central Skala. The decor in the apartment is beautiful and they provided many extras. We had a later flight on our departure day and we left our luggage at the Ammos Beach Bar and spent our last day here, as this is owned by the same people, and this is also a beautiful place, and they are so friendly.

The property is beautiful, a real home from home with everything you need! The location is fantastic as it’s in the heart of Skala and opposite beach however it’s lovely and quiet. The host are incredible and made the holiday extra special for us. They own the Ammo’s beach bar which is wonderful.

Amazing location, everything was just perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket just next door, very kind host, we received free sun beds at a beach 10 minutes walk complimentary from the host.

Stunning apartment styled to make you feel like you are in a luxurious family home. Veranda was perfect with dining area (for 6), sun loungers (for 2) and hot tub. Great to meet the hosts/owners at the beginning and during the stay whilst visiting there (also amazing!) beach bar/restaurant and beach beds.

The only real downside was having to leave! Possibly would have been good to access the BBQ from the veranda.

Everything!! Fantastic, clean and extremely spacious apartment very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely , helpful and accommodating owners! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot praise this property enough. I read the great reviews before booking & they are all so true. Everything you could think of was perfect. It is a loft conversion but you have your own entrance and you go up beautiful wide stairs, to reach the vast sitting room & kitchen. Everything is completed to a high spec, attention to detail is amazing. You almost don’t want to leave the appartment, it just has such a great feel about it. The 4 bedrooms & bathrooms are also beautiful, again high spec with everything. The beach is across the road, with beautiful clear water. It is in the centre but it is quiet inside. The airconditioning in each room, provided the perfect temperature wherever you wanted it. The hot tub was an experience, even our baby loved it. The hosts, Roula with her family are super friendly & accommodating, happy to help with anything that we needed. We had a 2 year old, a cot was provided on request. They waited for us late at night for check in, check out was very flexible. Their beach bar Ammos, a short walk from the property, was also special, with delicious food. Kefalonia is beautiful but it was extra special being in this appartment and meeting this family. I have travelled a lot & this is certainly top of the list for me.

Sometimes there are little things that you don’t want to comment on, but here there was absolutely nothing that we thought could be improved.

Superb location opposite the best beach in the south of the island and the best section of the beach. Very friendly owners who even allowed us to have a late check out. Close to shops, bars and restaurants yet not noisy at all. Very stylish interior and spacious too. Well equipped for all our needs including cleaning things, coffee, towels for the jacuzzi cooking basics etc.
