"Improve the maintenance & safety"

To be honest...the place is quiet...close to the public beach (3mins) walk...close to G.Bay or BainBoeuf any other scenic places, trustworthy cleaners

Maintenance was poor esp with safety... our apt door wàs not safe enough seems like it was broken into or somebody has lost the key but the door wasn't fixed properly, hot water is limited

"Exceptional"

Spacious apartment with everything that you need in a quiet area just a few minutes away from the beach.Theres a service clean every few days ,so you can't ask for much more

The only downside was that the hot water was a bit intermittent.

The area was quiet, and that is what I loved. Very neat and clean.

I had one night without hot water, but that was sorted. Then I had 2 days without water. As there was a mini flood downstairs. Not enough light at the entrance gate. The staff was friendly, but I hardly saw them, as I was out during the day. In their head nodding, I assumed they understood my English.

Self catering, quiet location, short walk to the beach, modern layout, new complete renovation with bright lighting. Nice outdoors, inviting garden with winding pebble lined paths. Parking for cars within property grounds, not on the road
