No breakfast but the location was good, the place was spacious and beautiful the wifi was excellent, the kitchen is well equipped and the sitting area was huge. Karim the manager was prompt and did everything in his power to accommodate us

The air conditioner in the large sitting area was not working and it was very hot the problem was never fixed and the power is on a prepaid system so when it goes out you have to do without until Karim arrives to replenish the power that happened twice during the week..There is no room service so we had to do everything ourselves also the pool was out of service.

It is very nice, spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent and very safe and it was very good value for money! Very pleasant and attentive staff and any issues were addressed quickly.

There were tiny things which could be upgraded, eg changing the bathroom mats, which looked a bit tired and one sink in the master bathroom did not drain properly.

The apartment facilities are fantastic. Unfortunately, no cleaning was done throughout our three nights stay. Dust bins are not empty, and neither is the kitchen cleaned (unless cleaning is not the responsibility of occupants, but we were not informed when we checked in). The receptionist at the facility was not aware of our booking, but this was sorted out after a few phone calls. Other than the above, we had a good time, and they accommodated our extended checkout time.

Excellent host, spacious apartment, nice facilities, great location and a decent price.

Part of the building rules is no more than 2 visitors at a time. I live a few hours outside of Accra so whenever I'm in town I like to spend time with friends (group of 5 people), it would have been nice to be able to invite my friends over versus having to meet up off the premises.
