Beautifully appointed, great location, cosy and comfortable. Friendly approachable host. Lovely sunny outdoor courtyard.

Not a huge deal but a bit noisy at night due to traffic on main road.

"Great base to explore Bath."

Exceptional information provided by the hosts made it easy to find everything and operate equipment. Good messaging too. Location very convenient to explore Bath & access the tour buses without being in the busy centre which suited all abilities in the group. Plenty of space in the accommodation, well laid out for relaxed gathering. Places to eat out close at hand so no need to walk too far in the evening.

The traffic noise for front bedrooms took a bit of adjustment for the 'country mice' in our group but nothing like the noise one can suffer in central Bath from pub-goers/delivery lorries/road sweepers...... No traffic noise nuisance in the back bedroom.

"We had a wonderful birthday celebratory weekend in Bath at a beautiful property."

Lovely clean spacious property with everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Well decorated and comfortable living space and kitchen. The hosts went the extra mile to leave birthday balloons which was much appreciated.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The bed was a little hard for us but that’s just our preference. Could do with a lamp in the lounge area.
