W&M Orchid House

The location of this property was in a good spot for everything we needed

The washing machine and dryer was very noisy and the noise from the other guests were loud and the odd smells coming from their kitchen were awful. The couch was hard as a rock the Queen size bed was ok however the bed that was in the second bedroom was completely uncomfortable and unstable. The cleanliness of this property needs attention it isn’t a good look when you have dead bugs and spiderwebs everywhere. We couldn’t find the towels as they had been put in a ridiculous spot and had to contact the owner. The property is not ideal for older people as the step up at the gate isn’t easy when carrying luggage.

Location was good for why we were in Auckland. Everything was clean and having a washing machine was helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

Lovely place to stay, clean, tidy with all amenities you need. Wouldn't know you were staying in Auckland as it's peaceful with low noise. Easy access to motorway and close enough to shops.

I loved exploring the garden and seeing all the fruit/herbs trees.. was beautiful.. I also meet Kathy who gave us some avocardos of her tree. Was delicious 😋 the orchid house was very delightful to stay and we will definitely return and stay there again

Poor communication. My rental car was STOLEN from outside the gate. 'AWFUL!'
