Prime Location Stylish 4-Bed House near Trent Br

Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Good location. Very good heating.

Overflowing bins by entry door. Overgrown weeds in garden not very nice first impression. Walls need maintenance for rising damp.

The property actually next door to a property we used two years ago- the situation was very convenient, the beds were super comfortable, it was clean and tidy throughout- only gripe was to do with kitchen facilities- if our party had been larger - we were three in total , and there were beds for eight, there would have been a bit of a shortfall in terms of crockery and pots and pans! We would however still definitely rebook!

The house is very big and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. It is within walking distance of Nottingham town. Roughly 25 minutes. There is parking on the street and a parking permit is provided. Excellent value for money if a few things are changed.

The front door lock is very temperamental. We found it difficult to open & lock. The house could do with a good paint. The walls are marked and paint cracks are everywhere. There are no bowls for the children to have breakfast. There was a half eaten chocolate triffle dessert, left in the fridge. The cellar / basement door should be locked. The bathroom could do with a regrout or a deep clean. The plastic shed out the garden is full of laundry. The doors on the shed are broken & the laundry does not look nice over the garden floor. There were dirty towels left in the washing machine. I wiped the cupboards clean & rewashed plates that had food bits stuck to them. There was a large amount of dirty oil left in a pan inside of the oven & the tray racks were unclean. The kitchen cupboards have numerous miscellaneous items. Work gloves, odds and ends. Stuff that should not really be left there.

The neighbourhood and how the place was big with 4 bedrooms.

Didn't like the heating issue.

Great location spotless clean and a lovely helpfull lady that couldn't do for us..Highly recommend

Everything. It was filthy. I refused to stay there.

Not very clean and had to wash up everything before use, greasy oven and hood, stains on kitchen ceiling, cigarette butts in the backyard and dust/dirt on the pipes and skirting boards, cobwebs in places Shower seals were blackened and it’s a nightmare to get the temperature right. Downstairs is not very private as neighbors overlook the dining room and kitchen also the view on the back of the Tesla garage is not the best 🤨 Not very welcoming - heating was off on arrival and no instructions. No bin bags. Outside bin was overflowing House is meant to be for 8 people but only crockery for 4 and with such a big kitchen full of empty rickety cupboards why not add a dishwasher?? And the fridge thermostat is broken so it is on all the time and completely frosted up at the back. Ugh of and no door shelves so can’t put bottles in 1 of the False leather settee is aging with cracked cushion material

Close to Trent bridge cricket ground. Plenty of restaurants and bars within five minutes walk. The response to any questions was rapid!
