La posizione centralissima, il giardinetto ed il terrazzo per fare colazione, il fatto che fosse indipendente dal resto del palazzo. Un piccolo mondo a parte.....

Non c'è finestra,se non la porta di ingresso, e l 'aspiratore non ti fa dormire dal rumore. C'è sempre odore di chiuso,a me dà l idea di un ambiente mal sano. Arredato bellino, ma è uno specchio per le allodole. In coppia improponibile, la doccia è a vista. Nel bagno non riesci a muoverti, Non c'è bidet,il lavandino e otturato.lo specchio lo puo' usare una persona alta 2 mt La tv non si capisce se va, la macchinetta del caffè non va . Ci sono 4 porte con 4 chiavi per entrare, senza segnare quali sono, in più il portone d'ingresso è difettoso, La posizione è buona,mi hanno comunque rivisto la prenotazione perché ho deciso di andare prima, ma ho dovuto insistere, passando dal Vostro contatto telefonico. 3 notti a 270 euro senza colazione. (Mi hanno portato 2 fette biscottate perché mi sono lamentata)per un posto così è impensabile.

La struttura è vicina alla stazione e alla via dello shopping. Lo consiglio.

I booked only for the location, and this was the only good point overall. The staff was trying to be helpful, but obviously the last word has the owner..

When I booked I did not know it is a basement… unfortunately I was focused only for the location, not on booking reviews.. but it is a good experience, that rates and comments are there for a reason!! When you enter to the apartment the condition is absolutely different then on photos, and the smell drives you crazy.. since there is no window you have no chance for fresh air, unless you leave the main door open for the whole night, but then you cannot sleep.. first night we had no internet, but the flat manager helped me with that next day.. so we had to use our own network first night. I also mentioned the smell.. they told me, someone will go there to fix the issue, but we all know.. there is nothing they can fix, this is the condition of such an apartment. The other thing which freaked me out as a preagnent women is that there were NO BED SHEET on the blanket, and the flat manager told me this is how it is in Italy, no one use bed sheet, which is again - not true… we went to different places after this horrible place and all had BED SHEET. So basically we all pack our body under the same blanket after someone.. Also the blanket was quite huge and heavy - no fresh smell, so I am 100%sure they do not wash it often.. obviously they did not try to compensate us… which tells a lot.. I guess they saved the money.. Overall I never stayed in such a bad place, I would never recommend.. the price - value range is also very bad.. the only thing which was nice is the location, and we would like to forget the rest…

We liked terrace the most. location was also very very convenient. everything was super clean.

no view of the city. we were expecting to have a window to see the street view. we didn't know it was on ground floor.
