AZMs Buga was very helpful and kind. Instructions were well explained.
Unfortunately, I couldn't enter parking place because parking rod was broken, it couldn't be unlocked. Ms Buga did her best, found alternative place in the yard. But still it was inconvenience both for me and the owner. And there were renovation works in the yard and buildings so all around the yard was all muddy. Of course this is not the fault of owner. Surface of heating radiators were very dirty. Some door handles were broken. Some furniture need renovation.

IEThe apartment was spacious. Very quiet as it is in the basement. For solo female travellers arriving at night, might find the surroundings a little daunting with it being in the basement, I felt very safe.
I only had a single quilt and one pillow. The bed was hard. I got locked in, the host appeared within 15 mins. The fridge stopped working, again the host quickly responded. Google maps will take you past the entrance and to the left, be mindful of this upon arrival.
ESBuga was really nice at every moment and the check-in instructions were really clear and helpful. Parking is also a plus. Location is also really good. Everything was clean.
The apartment is a bit humid due to it being at a basement and some bed equipment could be renovated since they're a little old. Beds were not particularly comfortable. But overall, the apartment does serve its purpose. I'm sure with some new equipment, it would be great!
