Courtyard Cottage - Grade II listed - Barnstaple

Great little country cottage for a family stay, with chickens and goats. Clean and tidy with all the amenities. Great value for money

The key was in the lock. Idyllic setting. V friendly and helpful hosts. Own garden to walk dog in, lay on grass. Fabulousnight sky watching. Birdlife , flora and fauna abubdant due to lication. Pub serving food at end of the road in the valley. Have recommended it with my friends.

Location for purpose of our visit. Due to family it was nice to have a kitchen and lounge area along with 2 bedrooms (rather than all 3 of us squeezing into a hotel room)

Spacious, well furnished. Plenty of parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Quiet location, goats and sheep in the field next to the private garden, spacious accomodation, kitchen well appointed

Driveway was quite long

The property location was off the beaten track, which was exactly what we wanted. It had an open fire which was amazing in February. The property had everything we needed.

The keys were left in the door on our arrival.

The house could have been warmer on our arrival. Once we lit the log burner and put the heating on it warmed up lovely.

Was so peaceful, cosy, such a beautiful place. The owners are not far if you need anything and are available at anytime. Very polite, scenery is gorgeous, would 100% recommend and would definitely come here again.
