The property is exactly as described. I booked this 3 bedroom for myself and my two kids in order for us to each have our own room and space. The 3 bedrooms were perfect.

I had no issues with the property.

The condo was beautiful and updated. Very spacious and clean. It had everything you would expect to have in a house plus more. This is the third time at the Grand Venetian complex and this unit by far exceeded expectations. The pictures are accurate as is the description. We met some other people staying at the Venetian and they came over and couldn't believe how nice the unit was compared to theirs. They had to go buy everything from water to toilet paper but we didn't have to buy a thing as this place was well stocked. Will definitely come back to this unit on our next trip to PV. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive to our questions.

The metered electric that is paid separately. We only used air conditioning in two bedrooms at bedtime and were very careful with electrical use. Our kWh's use was high compared to our Puerto Vallarta house we have been renting for the last 4 months. I think something was off as 271 kWh for 2 months at our house using air conditioning compared to 184 kWh's for 1 week at this condo.
