Everything was super cute and the staff were wonderful.

The parking was really a challenge. So different than America.

-Late check-in was possible, Linda was very nice and helpful, good communication -Private parking place -Comfortable beds -Toiletries ( shower gel and shampoo) -AC -Good location, close to Etna, Carania and surrounding areas -There was a separate kitchen area that we could use if we wanted to prepare something small, not a full meal, but something to eat during the day -Clean room -Two mini bottles of juice and water in the fridge which was in the room- a very simple but kind gesture I think -Hot water in the shower and bidet next to the toilet -Breakfast is a nice touch. There are: croissant, fruity yoghurt, marmalade and nutella in mini packages, coffee, some fruit, some other pastries as well (bun and cupcakes)

-There were three pictures on booking from which 2 depicts the pool amd only one the room, suggesting guests can use the pool, but it is not mentioned that it has additional costs (10€/ person/day). I think this should be communicated more clearly -The mosquito net on the window is almost sompletely torn off, thus I woke up on the second night to the constant annoying buzzing mosquito in my ear -Our room must have been next to a road because from the early morning hours, cars passing by was a constant noise in the room, I guess it has thin walls. It also happened with a dog barking at 7 am which woke us up. I did not rest much during our stay.

We couldn't get the hot tub to heat up but the pool and the basketball net made the stay for my kids, we had the pool to ourselves too. The view from the terrace of the mountain was what made it for me - wonderful!

Getting a taxi from the train station was really difficult and then there was a big mix up over it which was pretty stressful but once we'd sorted that everything was good.

Very nice people, great pool, privacy, very clean, tidy and well maintained place.
