Central Space to Balance Life Work Play 7 Sleeps

Love the location and the large space. Also loved the two full size bathrooms!

Bed in one room was much too large to access the closet area. There were no nightstands near the beds to place cellphones etc. Lighting needs improvement either too harsh or not enough. But overall great!

This building is fancy!! It's well situated close to MIT and 5 minutes from a metro station. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. The unit itself was well appointed with full kitchen and great views. Very nice!!

We were their for graduation and the rates at every property were crazy. So we had to pay a lot, but still got more value compared to hotels. The host was wonderful and the staff at the property is very nice too.

This place was wonderful! Well-equipped, comfortable, good air conditioning/heat, strong water pressure, good WiFi, great communication from property management….. nice building and amenities… great location…. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only issue was sometimes in one of the bathrooms we could smell cigarette smoke and/or marijuana through a vent (coming from a different room) which was pretty gross. We’d open all the windows and air it out which took care of it but it was definitely an issue we hadn’t come across before. Aside from that, everything was great!

The place had a bit of dirt and we found some old clothes next to and behind one of the beds. Most importantly though the mattresses were very uncomfortable, especially at the king size bed and the single bed. Lastly the windows couldn't close fully and at the kind bedroom the noise from the bathroom fan was quite loud.
