Cool living Quarteira, 2 bedroom with ocean view

We loved the balcony. It was a small but invaluable space. As it is located on the corner on the top floor it was lovely all day. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and both beds were very comfortable. The overall layout of the apartment was very nice and it was exceptionally well equipped with everything one might need. There was also a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom was good and there was a smaller room near the entrance with a desk and plenty of space for anyone who needed some quiet while working away from home. The images shown are an accurate representation of the property. The location was about a 5 minute walk to the beach/promenade. There were plenty of small supermarkets located nearby and Continente Modelo was less than 10 minutes walk away. Lidl Quarteira and the Wednesday Gypsy Market were about 30 minutes on foot. The responses to any questions were prompt and spot on.

Everything was to our liking. I would just say that guests should look clearly at the address and work out exactly the name of the building....its Letter that denotes it and ignore the number as that was confusing for us on arrival. Although we were booked to check in at 4pm, we arrived 10 minutes before this.I had expected the instructions for entry to be available a little before the exact time.Perhaps it should be communicated to guests that no details at all will be revealed ahead of check-in time, or alternatively have those details available a bit earlier so they can be studied and figured out in advance so guests are not anxious when they arrive in a new location.

Localização e limpeza

Tínhamos um andaime na nossa varanda. Estavam a pintar a fachada. Ficamos sem privacidade durante a semana toda, pois o pintor andava dentro da nossa varanda. Disseram que iam fazer um desconto de 15% e no fim não fizeram e alegaram que o andaime não tapava a vista. O que é certo é que não podíamos andar à vontade dentro de casa porque estávamos a ser vistas e tínhamos de ter cuidado com os nossos valores, pois tinham fácil acesso para entrar dentro de casa pela varanda. Também não tiveram cuidado em trocar a botija de gás, no primeiro dia tomamos banho de água fria.
