Beautiful apartment. Views ok Location was ok Kitchen is great. Fully functional.

parking is a worry everyday Bathroom basin on the top floor has draining issues Also some ants are found everyday Bedroom mattress is very soft for me personally.

Very nice accommodation's! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. For people renting cars there is parking onsite.

Limited places to eat nearby.

Excellent location (close to train station, mini metro, supermarket). Loved the interior - comfortable, modern, clean. The place had everything we needed. Great contact with the property manager, received all useful info on time

A small inconvenience is a sound of elevator mechanism - you can hear the noise from the upper bedroom, every time elevator starts to move. probably not much can be done about this - the apartment is located on the last floor, and buildings elevator mechanism is somewhere there behind the wall… Was a bit disturbing first night, but got used to it and slept like a baby.

We had an incredible stay at the penthouse! It was clean, with modern amenities and a great view of the town. The location couldn't have been better, with supermarkets, a good restaurant (Trattoria il Murales), a pharmacy and even a charming small park just steps away. Plus, being next to multiple public transportation options (train, bus, minimetro), including the Airlink for airport transfers, made it so convenient! Our host, Dante, was very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

I liked a lot the design of the apartment, the shower upstairs and the automation system

I have to confess I was surprised as I arrived at the building and looked around. I wondered why the unusual requirements set by the owner for us to get into the apartment. The building lacks maintenance, sad to say. But as we opened the apartment's door, it was like arriving on a five start hotel. It is a complete different thing. It is a spacious, clear, well decorated apartament with very good quality furniture, closets and kitchen utensils. It is not pilled with items but has enough of excellent quality. Loved the color of the walls and the matching picture frames. The bedroom is very good. Linens are out of this world! We had access to use a place in the covered garage which was wonderful. I found everything I needed to live there.

1. There is a neighbor that talks really loud at night (I think over the phone) and sometimes with some one inside the apartment. It is a shame because it happens during the night. In particular, she was up on conversations as late as 12:30 am. I did not write to the owner about this issue, I could not foresee any remedy for that case. 2. There is a construction site close by so I think the house should be mopped and vacuum cleaned really well before guests arrival. I had to mop the place as we arrived.

The apartment was full of all necessities, spacious, airy and very close to train station .Host although never met was always available for any query. Rooms were large and all had access to the outside with windows and two terraces. Would recommend it to anyone Beds were large and comfortable. AC in every room and central heating as well. TV in both bedrooms and sitting room Kitchen equipped with every need.A dream apartment

Pigeons are a bit of a nuisance but it seems they were everywhere

- Spacious interiors - Amazing view - Great location, just a few minutes from the minimetro stop - Large terrace - A variety of amenities including a toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.

- There's significant noise in the second-floor bedroom due to its proximity to the elevator shaft. The disturbance starts as early as 7 AM when the elevator usage increases. - The bathroom could benefit from more essential supplies, such as soap. We were provided with just a small shampoo bottle per person, and the soap dispenser was empty. - The kitchen is equipped with only one knife, which is meant for bread, making it inconvenient for other uses. Would be good to have more knives.
