Catherine was exceptionally good at communicating. I made a last minute booking and she was at work in Rome but arranged for her partner to come and meet me to check in. She followed up to ensure I was happy and comfortable and provided excellent advice on visiting Rome.

No crockery or pans to heat and eat food.
