Nothing not to like!
AUThe property is in a great location. Not far from the HOFM. The house is clean.
The property is in need of some maintenance, curtains need repairs and do not block out the light at all, the lounge only has one comfortable small couch and could do with something else comfy, the table tennis net was broken, we were missing dish towels, washing machine tablets and body wash was nearly empty.
USThe house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and spent some enjoyable time on the back porch just talking. Well worth the cost particularly when you compare hotel prices and ratings. The owners are doing a great job making this place inviting.

Spiders/bugs (not roaches). They did have bug traps, in defense of their efforts. The upstairs air conditioning did not get as cold upstairs, and was very warm if you closed the bedroom doors.
