"Un sejur de neuitat"

Micul dejun a fost foarte variat, acoperind bucataria locala si internationala, si de buna calitate. Locatia este excelenta, in vecinatatea plajii, inconjurata de restaurante, baruri si cafenele. Domeniul proprietatii este fabulos, cu multa verdeata, vegetatie luxurianta si multe detalii care fac diferenta

Un aparat de aer conditionat in suferinta, de la un bungalow alaturat, facea un zgomot destul de deranjant.

"Es war toll, würde es weiter empfehlen"

Service war toll, Zimmerreinigung täglich, die gesamte Anlage ist schön und sehr Zentral, war super. Die Lage ist super, alles direkt und einfach zu finden, Essen, Shopping, Strand. Ein 7/11 ist auch sehr nah, gibt mehrere 😄 War zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel, würde es weiter empfehlen.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Auf den Balkonen wäre es super wenn es Kissen zum sitzen hat.. die Bank ohne Auflage ist sehr unangenehm zum sitzen. Die Betten sind auch sehr Hart, bessere (weichere Kissen) wären hilfreich.

Ubicación , instalaciones la comida muy buena

Que la piscina cierra a las 7 pm y el horario del happy hour no es muy claro ( llegamos 6:40 y no dijeron estaba cerrado )

Everything about this place is amazing. Facilities are modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast was high quality (I love that they served iced Thai tea!) Pool is amazing and staff are friendly Great great location

The hotel features abundant greenery, a large resort area and exquisite interior decoration. The rooftop villa with a private swimming pool offers a unique and memorable experience.

However, we suffered a serious water supply failure for one and a half days during our stay. On hot days, we were forced to take showers in a distant room with no air conditioning, far away from our villa. The hotel took no initiative to offer any compensation. Only after negotiating with the manager did we get the permission for a late check-out until 4 p.m. the next day. Regrettably, the hotel made another mistake by recording our check-out time as 2 p.m. Meanwhile, the water supply issue remained unresolved, with yellow and poor-quality tap water. Our request for a formal in-person apology from the manager was repeatedly ignored.
