"Stunk of BO and was Dirty"

Nothing

It smelled of weed and BO, there was mould in the en suite, cobwebs in the rooms, the communal bathroom was left with a strong BO smell and workman’s tools all over the floor, the shower was detached from the wall. We decided not to stay in the end and booked a night in a hostel because it was too dirty to sleep there.

The property was not prepared well in advance. There was no heating at all. When I asked I was told that the heating comes on at certain hours when intact I was lied about. The heating systems was off completely. IThe second day I could not rake it all I rang to complain then they said people to look at the systems and it was off and no pressure at all. They had to send maintenance to flush all the radiators in the house for the heating to work. Then when it started working it was left on constant and the house was boiling. I requested to speak to the landlord never got a reply.
