Don Leonardo - pool and wellness

The amenities were more than expected. Breakfast was delicious each morning with very attentive staff accommodating your every need. The pool was a welcome relief on those days when we didnt want to venture out. There’s a beach and some restaurants within walking distance and the bus runs frequently. However, the best thing about this place is Roberto, Masimo and their attentive team. They made us feel like part of the family and we were extremely sad to leave. We’ll be back for sure 👌🏽

We wished we had rented mopeds/ some sort of vehicle as the Tuk Tuk’s aren't the cheapest and the town isn’t quite within walking distance of Polignano.

Beautiful garden and swimmingpool

Roberto is so welcoming and friendly. The pool area is perfect for the whole family, shallow areas for little ones but also deep enough to swim in. Generous and delicious breakfast, fresh fruit, meats cheese and breads. The room was so clean. Loved the spa area. There is a really good family friendly beach club just around the corner and polignano town is about a 40 minute walk...or a 10 minute tuktuk!

Accommodation is very comfortable and clean.... Very convenient for families with kids. Roberto the host is very welcoming and always ready to give guests excellent suggestions about places to visit and good restaurants. The spa was an excellent facility to enjoy.

Garden and pool area are very nice and comfortable but could be better kept.

Roberto is the best host- very relaxed, happy to help and treating guests like a family who visited home. The pool is great and heated so remains open even in November which the kids loved, it is also very safe. Great jacuzzi, saunas etc. We would love to come back!

We liked everything, no complaints!

Dear fellow travellers (solo or families) out there, if you want to visit the south of Italy, spend some time here and you won't regret it. The place is just a dream, staff and owner super friendly, beach few steps away, the city is just 7 min driving away. Book your stay and just enjoy it!

An oasis of peace and relax to enjoy some quality time with the family. We really appreciated the swimming pool and welness facilities. Our 5-month old boy could enjoy a swim for the first time and had a great time too. The breakfast is well served and you can also have lunch and/or dinner too based on the owners availability. I highly recommend their paella as one of the owner is from Spain :) The swimming pool was very enjoyable with a bio filtering system (no use of chlorine) and at a pleasant temperature with some bubble jets. The solarium was also very amusing. The position is great to explore the Valle d'Itria and some of the most reknown coasts and sites in Puglia, including the fantastic Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello. I highly recommend having a walk to the very close San Giovanni (you can reach it on foot from the location) as it has some characteristic beaches and fine restaurants. We had dinner at Benedettini and Moonshine Bar and loved them both. We had a superior apartment with 4 people and it was very spacious, quiet, clean and nicely decorated. To sum up, a very pleasant stay, surely to redo :)

The parking can only accomodate two cars and is a little narrow. In front of the location you can easily park at least 3 to 4 more cars but I'd maybe look into making the parking inside a little wider and more accessible.

Our stay was simply amazing. The owners went the extra mile to accommodate any request we had and to make us feel at home. Sometimes they will arrange a lunch/dinner or bbq, don’t miss out on the opportunity to taste the homemade local cuisine. Will definitely visit again!

Everything was perfect! Roberto is the best host ever! The property is with huge rooms, modern spa area and cute heated pool! Also there is a bar which can be used by the guest. There we had our dinner, drink wines and had a breakfast. It was a great place
