Overall it was a really beautiful place to stay. Amazing breakfasts, the rooms were stunning and the local products were a great touch.

While there are some loungers by the pool, there’s zero shade. It would be great to put out some parasols around the loungers. Additionally, it would be good to have more relaxing chair and loungers by the rooms. There doesn’t feel like a lot of places to relax in comfort, which is such a shame as the property is so beautiful.

The house is absolutely lovely and well maintained, and most of all it is surrounded by an enormous garden with trees and flowers, which makes the entire experience extremely calm and relaxing. I arrived tensed and stressed with work and left feeling very happy and grounded. The family which owns the place is also the nicest people, thank you Paula for everything. PS: THE BREAKFAST is amazing 😍

Muxima is a really special place, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, very peaceful and restorative. We stayed in the double room “ammour” and it was perfect for us - it was the only room without its own terrace area but we enjoyed the communal terrace and living room mostly to ourselves. We were a little unlucky with the weather but still enjoyed the bio-pool for a few quick dips. For super hot days I can imagine we would have spent even more time on the deck there. The owners and staff are all lovely, super welcoming and with great tips for the surrounding area. The breakfast was incredible - super fresh and slightly different each day which for a 4-night stay was wonderful. The nearby town has a couple of great restaurants and cafes, a nice vibe too. We had a car - which is pretty necessary - and drove to different nearby beaches most days. It couldn’t have been a better location.
