السيد أحمد إنسان محترم، ويلبي أغلب الطلبات إن وجدت، الشقة نظيفة وجميلة ، ولها مسبح مشترك مع الآخرين،، هناك حراسة على البناية، وكذلك قبو مؤمن يمكن إيقاف السيارة فيها ، سيتم السكن في نفس المكان إن شاء الله إن تكررت الزيارة
