I loved everything. It was cozy and very comfortable.

They cancelled my reservation They said was booking.com foult Cause booking book my reservation and others reservations for the same place same time

Ending up getting some where else instead the place was choosing at first

The unit was beautiful and fully functional. It felt like a little home away from home. The neighbors were also friendly. Everything we wanted to do was under 5 miles away . The host responded within minutes about any questions I had. We will definitely stay here if we visit NY in the future.

Well, the provided blankets that were "optional or extras" were dirty. One did have white crusty stuff on it, but it was folded in a bedroom closet and likely assumed to be unused possibly by the cleaner. I had extra blankets in my car, so no problem. Before leaving I put all of the extra blankets into the provided laundry basket so the cleaner can know and they can be cleaned.

Clean, plenty of space, property manager was helpful and nice.

Walls are slightly hear-through

The apartment was clean and renovated nicely. Close to the downtown.

The apartment itself looks nice, however the stay was not pleasant. We stayed for two nights and both of them couldn’t sleep due to the loud music and parties occurred every night, making rest impossible. The area felt strange. The check-in process was a nightmare. The provided door code did not work, and entry to the unit took over an hour. The provided WiFi password was also wrong, preventing internet access to resolve the access problem. When the owner/contact person was contacted, he seemed completely unconcerned. and multiple attempts to call was forwarded to a voicemail. The lack of care and communication from the host was the most disappointing part of the experience. We were told that if we didn’t like we can always go and find another place to stay.
