La ubicación. La salida directa al mar, aunque la playa no fuera de arena y la piscina.

Las instalaciones un poco anticuadas, por ejemplo, del agua caliente de la ducha sólo salía un hilillo de agua. La limpieza un tanto deficiente.

Very nice and cosy flat with beautiful sea view. Convenient parking place for those who came by car. For those without a car, there is a tram stop nearby. The owners are always on call if any issue needs to be resolved.
