Apartman Jarun 2

The apartment layout is nice, the place has potential. Private parking was a plus. Unfortunatley there is nothing else good to say. The owners lack of care with the upkeep and management of this place made our away very disappointing. When trying to communicate with the owner before our arrival and about issues, we received no response. Only when he had questions about which oarking spot we used was he responsive. The apartment had no cleaning supplies.. nothing to wash dishes with- despite having a dishwasher. Not even detergent to hand wash. No kitchen rags or paper towels, nothing to wipe a table with. No hairdryer nor microwave although the description states having all.of the above. Not enough sheets for 6 of us although we specified the amount of people. He directed us to a closet with a duvet ( no.cover and a blood stained pillow). He left 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 people. We were only there for 2 nights and arrived on Dec 26th with 2 elderly and 2 kids + husband and myself. Being it was a holiday we were not even able to buy any. When we asked if he had any more he stated that he left us 1 roll. The shower and sinks are backed up. When taking a shower after 1 minute the bottom part fills.up.qith dirty water and spills onto the floor. Same with the kitchen sink-starts filling up. We complained to the owner and booking.com . Booking tried to contact the owner by phone and email on multiple occassions about our issues but they were ignored as were we. It is obvious the owners do not care so we would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I decided to write this to have the owner take accountability and do better.

Mirna lokacija. Blizu tramvajska stanica, prodavnica.

Apartman za 4 osobe izdat grupi od 6 osoba. U kuhinji samo 4 stolice za trpezarijskim stolom. Bez osnovnih uredjaja(fen,pegla). Bez osnovnih namjernica(ulje, caj, kafa). Lezaj u dnevnom boravku neudoban. Ne bas cisto, dosta paucine. Stvarno stanje nije bas kao na fotografijama.

Everything was good, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed how easy it was to check in and out. The terrace was large and had nice views. The apartment received a lot of natural light and was always bright inside with we enjoyed. The bathroom and kitchen were nice and overall stocked well.

Only that it didn’t have adequate cleaning supplies or a microwave as included in the listing. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was amazing and looked exactly what the image showed. Super clean with amazing terrace. Friendly host and good location. We"ll be back :)
