The themed rooms are great, and the kids loved our stay at 'Hogwarts'. The area felt safe and location was good for us to explore the areas of Orlando we wanted to. Andrea was very responsive to my queries and all in all a great host.

We are a family of six and tend to rent villas so we can cater for ourselves to save a little money on an otherwise expensive holiday, the kitchen could have been better equipped to facilitate this. As non USA residents a welcome pack in the villa would have been helpful, Andrea did send one via booking.com but I was unable to open this for some reason.

Very Creative inside! A lot of work went in decorating! No need to go to Universal Studios if you stay here! Very clean. Very quick to reply if needed! Loved the kitchen! Frig made lots of ice! Air conditioning worked great

Driveway is small. Just big enough for 1 vehicle, and neighbors park their cars very close to the driveway that it is impossible to back out! We had to park on the road! Also the Couch wasn’t very comfortable

The decorations were awesome.

There were roaches which made me uncomfortable the rest of my stay , no broom, one extra garbage bag.

This is most magical place I've ever stayed! When you walk in your immediately immersed in the world of Harry potter. From The Great Hall to the dark forest, everything was on theme and everything was spectacular! I'm planning the next trip already!
