"All i can say my stay was beautiful"

I liked wvw2about the property, it was clean, receptionist was friendly and helpful nice view like everythinh about the property was excellent, i will definitely recommend it to otjers and will love to come back.

WiFi only

The corridor on the 11th floor all the way to 1102 was conspicuously unclean and had puddles of water, with the risk of us slipping. The door was not easy to open, we had to ask for help as our key was stuck. The shower is a walk in one, the mop provided was broken and so short. Unfortunately didn’t take pictures because we didn’t think we’d have to attach them anywhere. We couldn’t stay one more night, we had to book a proper place for the second night.

We booked for Saturday and Sunday unfortunately when we arrived we called the property manager and he told us he didn’t see our booking so the room is occupied while we already paid on the 24th of January I was really mad cause we came from Gauteng and we arrived there at 8:00 tired So he refunded us our money and offered to give us the room for Sunday only for free That Saturday night we had to book for another room which costed us way more for one night and inconvenienced our budget cause the place was far from Ariel by the sea These people are scammers they know we booked first but they take other people to the room knowing very well there are people coming

Dry blood on the flat sheet and the fitted sheet Shower leaking was bad Louge lighting not working No remote for access to basement parking (visitors bays were always full so this was a big problem)
