"First time visit to Davao City. Excellent location, great apartment - highly recommended"

Location is perfect, easy to catch taxi's - SM mall next door for meals & shopping. Great security (who are polite & friendly). Excellent Wifi, Aircon very good . Perfect place for us in Davao on our first visit - thank you

Very minor point - be good to have some soft cushions on couch.

"Safe environment with a comfortable bed in a great location"

Plenty of space for a couple. The location is very good being so close to SM mall. It felt very safe as the security was very strong but also helpful. Wena the host was very responsive and helpful.

I couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work but it wasn’t much of a problem as we were out a lot of the time. I didn’t ask for help so it might have been easy to resolve.

"Property Not as Advertised"

Staff was good and unit clean

Property was listed as 2 bedroom and Price comparison would indicate it was 2 bedroom but in fact ONLY ONE Bedroom with a fold out couch / bed in living room. I truly feel the ADVERTISING was Misleading and I feel I was Ripped Off. VALUE POOR !
