NIce Flat in Villa Near Old Town

Perfect for families with small children. In the bedroom there is no noise and the apartment was spacious.

A couple of doors are a little bit squeaky.

La struttura era ben posizionata e accessibile ai trasposti , inoltre gli infissi sono nuovi e insonorizzano bene. Anche la stanza con i mobili non sono molto vecchi Aria climatizzata buona anche se un po vecchiotti gli Split Forno e piano cottura e alcune stoviglie presenti. Vista piacevole e zona non molto rumorosa sé si dorme con le finestre aperte , provviste di zanzariere.

Il frigo ha il congelatore all’interno un po’ sporco , anche alcuni piani dei mobili della cucina non erano puliti, la doccia anche se non vecchia , in alcune zone , specialmente in basso e il pavimento è sporca , anche negli angoli inferiori , evidentemente non usano candegina e il lavabo del bagno si riempiva di acqua perché magari ha lo scarico otturato , così come la doccia che nella parte bassa era tutta ingiallita e sporca. Anche per terra nei bordi del lavandino un po’ sporco e il lampadario in cucina con le bocce impolverate. Con l’acqua calda aperta si riscaldava anche un calorifero in corridoio. Avrei dato un 10 se la pulizia fosse stata più accurata ma tutto sommato va bene. Magari con queste recensioni l’Host farà più attenzione migliorando la qualità di questa struttura.

The stay in the apartment was excellent, the location is excellent and you can visit almost all the sights on foot or with the help of public transport. We found parking in front of the building itself. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, nicely arranged and clean!. Communication with the owner was excellent! Recommended even for a longer stay!

The apartment is in a very old building, but it has been renovated, and everything inside is new and clean. It is located in a quiet and convenient area, right on the edge of the old town – no more than a 10-minute walk from several central points. There was air conditioning, hot water, mosquito screens on the windows, a fridge, and a kitchen.

The door to the courtyard could only be opened from the outside with a key, which made it quite difficult when trying to exit. The keychain was very loose, and the keys kept falling off, making it easy to lose them. There were many cockroaches in the courtyard at night, and inside the apartment, we often saw ants on the floor. Only one bath towel was provided per person — no face towels. There was a gas boiler in the kitchen, which also serves as a bedroom with a double bed. I'm not familiar with Romanian law, but I personally think it's unsafe to have a heating boiler in a sleeping area. In summer, it's used only for hot water, but I assume it's used more extensively in winter for heating. Lastly, I felt that the 3:00 PM check-in time was quite late.
