Great hotel with great staff. We will certainly visit them again and highly recommend them

Everything was good

Great location, amazing view, great breakfast, comfortable room with nice balcony. Edessa is a lovely, walkable town, with a number of gorgeous, powerful waterfalls

No coffee/tea in room

Lovely atmosphere and furnishing, great shower, nice room with a balcony, location close to waterfalls, parking, nice breakfast

Bed was a bit soft for our liking

Location was great, right in the old town and near the falls and restaurants (although we did have a bit of trouble getting there with google maps on the phone, but figured it out). The staff was fantastic, always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good with coffee juices, several breads/pastries, fruit, cereal, and cooked to order eggs or omelets. We had a balcony overlooking the valley which was wide and comfy.

It was all around comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful people running and maintaining the property.
