Ocean Bliss Hotel - Free Sauna

The reception and the lift could be cleaner. Bed was really hard. We requested laundry services, the staff make us separate colours and white clothes, however, the white clothes came all damage and stained.

The view from one of our bedrooms was stunning! Both the rooms were spacious with clean bed and beddings. Washrooms were clean as well.

The kitchen area! That was a big disappointment. They had stove top but very limited stuff for use. eg: there were no knife, no butter knife, no plates, no spatula etc. How were we supposed to cook anything without the necessary tools! The electric kettle was also not clean. The area looked clean only apparently. When we sat down on the sofa, we could see old empty chips packets, plastic wraps etc under and around the kitchen counter. Sofa was also partly broken. Couple of house cleaning staff looked angry whenever we asked them to clean the room. Not all were like them though. The staff at the reception seemed friendly. However, when we were checking out, we were feeling extremely hot as they had switched off the ACs and kept the main gate (door) of the hotel open. They had table fans on for only themselves. When we requested to put the AC on, we were flatly denied. In those 15-20 minutes, my kids and we were drenched in sweat. We did not understand why they could not they switch the AC on or at least put a table fan for us as well.

My room had a beautiful view of the whole city. The staff were very kind and helped me a lot when I got sick and could not go on my booked tour. The girl at the reception desk helped me change the tour to another day and let me stay for one more night. I really appreciate their help.

The gym and swimming pool areas need to be cleaned a bit more.

המלון היה מלוכלך ברמות מהקבלה עד המסדרונות של החדרים . היו לנו שיערות וכתמים על המצעים . המגבות היו בריח מסריח של דגים והיה שתן על האסלה בקבלה היו חוצפנים ולא נחמדים ריכלנו עלינו בויאטנימת בנוסף המלון לא מקבל אשראי זה לא רשום בבוקינג הם שולחים לך מגילות בהודעות וזה רשום במשפט קטן שלא שמים לב אליו באמת לא ממליצים ללכת למלון הזה ביקשנו שיבואו לנקות שרק ניכנסו לחדר אחרי שראינו שיערות ערווה ושתן על האסלה יצאנו במיוחד מהחדר בשביל זה למרות שהיינו ממש עייפים אחרי טיסה חזרנו אחרי ארבע שעות ועדיין לא ניקו

The elevators not working very smoothly. Need to wait very long time. The Lobby and elevators weren’t clean

The room was spotlessly clean, and we could even watch the fireworks right from the hotel pool! A big plus goes to the reception staff—they were incredibly cute, friendly, and processed our check-in so quickly. Highly recommended

However, there were a couple of downsides: the elevator was quite slow, and the public restroom area wasn't very clean. Overall, it was still a great stay
