Manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres

I ended my stay feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service at this accommodation, and I would not recommend it. The experience with my family fell far below expectations for several reasons. To begin with, I found ants in the room, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard, and one of the air conditioning units was not functioning properly. Additionally, the room phone cable was broken, which meant I could not contact reception when needed. A significant part of the staff was inattentive and unhelpful. I experienced this when I tried to request pool towels and was ignored, and when I specifically arranged for my room to be cleaned at a certain time, which staff agreed to, but housekeeping came whenever they wanted instead. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The hotel’s policy states that breakfast is served until 9:00 a.m.; however, at around 8:45 a.m., several serving trays were already empty and had not been replenished. Considering that breakfast was an additional service I had to pay for separately, this felt unfair and poorly managed. The laundry service was by far the worst part of the experience. Several clothes were returned with stains, and a couple of garments were damaged. The only compensation offered was a deduction of 40,000 VND, which does not come close to covering the damage to my clothing or compensating for such poor service. Most concerning of all, 50,000 VND went missing from my bedside table during my stay, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about trust and security. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, with poor service, lack of attention to guests, and issues that were not handled appropriately

房间布局很好，二间卧室和二间卫生间都很大，有厨房和小客厅。离海滩不远。周边超市餐饮都很方便。

只能现金支付，不能刷信用卡，这个很不方便。自助早餐不丰盛，没啥可吃的。大门入口有多层台阶，没人帮忙抬行李。

Good location, free sauna and nice view from the rooftop, super comfortable..

Luc, the employee, is a very polite and kind young man.The hotel's location is good.

I extended the stay by one more night and They sent me a message at 8 AM saying "pay the money." I didn't see it because I was asleep. They called me again around 10:30 and said, "Pay the money." I have never seen such a Rude hotel in my life..I had planned to stay for 10 days, but because of this nonsense I didn't stay and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends...
