USOur apartment was newly renovated and was very nice. The area is very beautiful. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
The fridge was a little noisy (probably easily fixable), the WiFi wasn't working (Internet provider's fault), and the mattress wasn't super comfortable. I prefer foam mattresses due to some back pain, but I'm sure the mattress would be fine for most.
