The house was super clean, and fully furnished. Everything was new and working perfectly. The beds were also very comfortable. In addition Lucia was awesome. The location is beautiful and close to 'balcone d'Italia'. Even though I stayed for only one night I had great time. I probably would have stayed longer if I knew about this place

The apartment was nice and well equipped, in beautiful nature, very close to Balcone d Italia, which we liked very much. The owner and her aunt were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed staying there :)

The accommodation was very nice and clean, when we couldn't find the accommodation, the owner was very helpful 😊

The apartment is on the ground floor (at ground level). There are two rooms: an entrance hall-kitchen-living room with an unfolding sofa bed for two people and a bedroom with a large double bed. There is a closed door to other rooms, through which you can sometimes hear the voices of the owners. The hostess and her aunt are very polite and helpful, they will help you check in and solve all your questions.

Most of what I write here does not apply to the apartment itself, and is not even a disadvantage in the full sense of the word, but it is useful to know when choosing the option. If you are considering this place, you are most likely planning to visit it by car. The name of the commune is not indicated on booking - it's Lanzo d'Intelvi, and it's useful to know for successful navigation. The road from the west seemed excessively difficult. There is an extremely unobvious fork in Arogno. Google suggests taking to the left into a very narrow passage one car wide. It doesn't seem right, but that's actually where you're going. There is a sign in this place: Lanzo d'Intelvi, Valmara, Dogana. Next, you will have a very steep ascent, which you have to tackle in first gear, with a serpentine that includes tight turns of a very small radius. I had to navigate this section in the dark, which was very uncomfortable, I recommend arriving before dark. In addition, if you build a route through the booking app, it will take you to a public parking lot. But in this case, public parking is not needed, the car can be parked right at the house. Therefore, it is better to build the route by the address: Via Provinciale, 14, Lanzo d'Intelvi, Italy. Also, we were here on May 9th, and it was quite cold in the apartment. There was no electric heaters or AC and the heating was already turned off, but there were quite warm blankets.

Location

No kettle, no coffee maker. Not good cleaning of the apartment, dirty floor. We had to unfold the sofa ourselves at night and look for a blanket. The mattress on the sofa is very dirty.

The property is really well accommodating, with good facilities, clean and well heated in case you wanna join Lanzo during the cold season, the owner took good care of us and they’ve been really helpful.
