Honestly, nothing. The property did not meet the expectations created by the photos or description, and the room was far too small. I did not stay even one night because of this. Despite that, none of my messages were answered, which I found extremely unprofessional, and to this day I have not received a refund.

The room did not match the photos shown online and was significantly smaller than advertised. The bathroom was extremely small and did not provide proper privacy, as other guests could potentially see you when leaving it. I requested cancellation before check-in, yet none of my messages were answered. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing. Because of this situation, I had to book another hotel at my own expense, and my payment has still not been refunded. I would not recommend staying here.

Muy limpio y bien ubicado

Pedí un baño privado pero el baño aunque privado estaba fuera de la habitación por lo que tenía que atravesar un pasillo común con otras habitaciones. Además el ingreso me pareció complicado a través de la app y las llaves no entraban bien en las cerraduras. El baño es minúsculo. Yo mujer delgada entraba con dificultad en la ducha y el papel sanitario era el marrón de lija.

The shutters were broken and down. It was impossible to open them. As this was the only window in the room, there was no way to see daylight! This made the whole stay feel like being in a cell. There were far too many air fresheners. And it was impossible to ventilate the room because the shutters were broken and down...

La habitación aunque parecía pequeña tenía lo justo que necesitamos, cama, cafetera, nevera, un baño privado, todo fue muy correcto, además fue muy bien el café de cortesía, Cocacola y agua. De necesitarlo repetiríamos experiencia

Una recomendación para futuros huéspedes, leed bien la manera en que se abre con l la llave electrónica, para nosotros después de leer bien 2 veces y tener un poco de paciencia con los pasos nos fue bien, pero había unas señoras justo antes que no eran capaces de entrar por la puerta del edificio
