Die Aussich auf Sant Denis war sehr schön. Der Wohnkomplex verfügt über ein Parkhaus und einen Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer war sehr Sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

La propriétaire est très réactive et à l'écoute. Les informations de la conciergerie sont faciles à comprendre notamment grâce à des vidéos. L'appartement est cosy, confortable. La vue sur St Denis est très plaisante.

Le paiement de la caution et la conciergerie est faite par un organisme indépendant. Vu que ce n'était pas mentionné dans l'annonce, j'ai eu peur que c'était une arnaque. A l'arrivée la salle de bain sentait l'humidité de même que les serviettes. Mais après avoir laissé la porte ouverte pour aérer sur les deux jours passés, ça allait mieux.
