Nice , clean, comfortable

Located in the B11 area of madinaty. There is a supermarket, bakery, vegetable/fruit shop mosque and a pharmacy almost 10 minutes away on foot. There is a lift within the building but you will need your keys in order to activate it. The flat has fully equipped open kitchen two bedrooms 2 bathrooms dining room lounge and a balcony. There is fast WiFi connection shared with another flat. There is a single queen size bed and 2 single beds all come with sheets and blankets/ duvets. I think there is also a sofa bed but I never tried to use it. AC is available in every room. There are many shopping malls in madinaty almost 15 minutes by car. These come with everything you need from coffee shops, cinemas and arcade centre to banks and doctors clinics. You can order almost anything to be delivered to your door either by phone or online. In general the whole area is very safe. Security guards are present everywhere. The owner and the agent are very polite and helpful if you need anything just ask. In short you can live there for years without needing to leave the compound.

At the beginning of my trip I tried bus routes internally within Madinaty and from Madinaty to Heliopolis I decided it’s just a hassle to take 3-4 modes of transport to get where you want to go. If you are travelling with a group of friends taking Uber ride is not a lot more expensive than public transportation and saves you time.

Every thing was going well, the apartment looks new, very clean & Fitted with new furniture, even contains the necessary household cleaners also there’s some drinks like five-star hotels, All rooms are air conditioned. Owners very helpful
