Pearl House - Sirmione Holiday - Jacuzzi Privata

We got a link which we manage our access remotely. All facility was prepared and cleaned, everything in the house worked. The apartment has a lot of space for family of 4. You can use the full equiped kitchen to prepare snack or dinner. There is a garrage stay, terrace, 3 bathrooms and technical room so you feel as in full equiped house. It is 7 minutes to the street with all services and restaurant, 15 minutes to the nice beach. Thank you!

We had an amazing time in this apartment! It was incredibly spacious, so everyone had plenty of room, and the layout was very practical. It had all the necessary amenities, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful—perfect for relaxation. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay!

Spacious apartment with large and well equipped kitchen incl. oil, sugar etc., comfy beds and extra dressing room with more space, aircon in bedrooms was essential during hot days, outside blinds helped, nice TV, jacuzzi was a nice extra, located in quiet area away from shops/bars : car is definitely needed and parking outside in front of house or nearby always possible, very quick and friendly host

Not much, restaurants and shops are further away, virtual keys took a bit getting used to but convenient

The owner was extremely helpful and available! The apartment is very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable! It felt like a safe area.

I was hoping the local bus was a bit closer, but a 7 minute walk is not too bad (I'm a slow walker).

The location is great! Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The aparment is brand new with all necessary equipments. And, Alberto is a fantastic host.
