"Great base for few days in city centre."

Fabulous location for a few days in the city centre. Was lovely to stay in such a characterful, period property.

Be careful getting your luggage up and down the narrow stairs - my middle-aged knees are starting to feel as creaky as the centuries old beams in this lovely property!

Fabulous location, good facilities. Easy check in process. The free coffee and tea was much appreciated and a nice touch.

Could have been cleaner. It is a very old property so I could forgive the huge cobweb above the bed, but a used razor blade and half used bottles of toiletries left on the bathtub is not acceptable, even if hidden behind the shower curtain. The bed is very high which is ok if you are on the tall side. A small step would make it easier to access.

I had to climb stairs to get to the flat , an elevator would have been better
