Wol Yeong Sa Gye

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the farm atmosphere made everything feel peaceful and authentic. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every little detail of the house, from the coffee maker, to the bathtub and the cosy bed. Breakfast was a little basket with tasty bagels and little surprises like eggs, cheese, jam snd drinks that changed a bit every day. You can tell the love for detail and we would definitly recommend it.

The house was quaint and was very clean. The host was very friendly and accomodating. She waited for us to arrive and was concerned that we would not find the place. Parking was easy; it was just outside the property (roadside). The property is fully equipped with utensils, coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge, and TV. There is a good selection of restaurants within short driving distance to the property. There is a well stocked CU mart nearby. Everything in the room worked well. The property's surrounds has a French countryside vibes.

The place is beautiful but may not be so appropriate for the elderly or the very young because of the bathroom design. You will need to climb up and over into a deep bath tub which may be difficult without any support railings. Alternatively, just be very careful when stepping in and out of the bathtub.

Wol Yeong Sa Gye is such a gorgeous place! Easy to locate by car (car is a must for traveling around the island) and with ample of parking space. The owner is personally involved in managing the place and her care and hospitality are visible in every detail. The interior is pleasing, everything is well kept, clean, and organized. Breakfast is yummy, provided toiletries are natural and gentle, and nature around is quiet and private. Bathtub is amazing!

Bed is tad small and uncomfortable and pillows are a bit hard. No large towels in the bathroom.

The place is incredible! Kim clearly cares about the place and that is shown in every smallest detail. The interior is beautiful and everything is well kept with the place being very clean and organised. I would recommend getting breakfast everyday as Kim provides different things each day that are always delicious. With it being further out from a city or town I would suggest renting a car but with it being further out it is peaceful and quiet with plenty of privacy. The little house is spacious and the bath is amazing! I am so glad I stayed here and would do so again in a heart beat.
