Der Ausblick ist Traumhaft

Sehr lieblos eingerichtet, das Bett hat den Namen nicht verdient. Auf der Couch und in den Betten waren Hinterlassenschaften welche auf Mäusebefall hindeuten (siehe Bilder). Aus der Treppe wächst der Schimmel. Die gesendete Putzfrau fand nicht genug neue Laken wo sich die Frage aufbringt wie dort sonst die Betten gereinigt/frisch bezogen werden. Nach dem Wechsel in eine andere zwar saubere aber günstigere Unterkunft des gleichen Anbieters wurde kein Geld zurück erstattet sondern nur vertröstet. Der telefonkontakt war ebenfalls schwierig bzw. Bei auftreten des Problems und keiner Möglichkeit der Reinigung des Gastgebers fast schon unhöflich. Von daher nie wieder. Auf die versprochene Rückerstattung des Differenz Betrages warte ich immer noch.

It was a great house but we dint stay cause we had trouble

We didn't stay at the house and had to find another place to stay, as we had several problems. First, we arrived and the keys didn't work. One was broken, so we sought help from the host. It took them two hours to resolve the problem, so we lost our vacation day. On the other hand, when we arrived at the house, we realized that the location was not accessible. Taxis and buses didn't run, and there was no way to get down on foot without putting ourselves at risk. We had to walk down the road and onto the pavement with our suitcases, putting ourselves at risk. At no point was it explained to us that the location was not accessible by public transport.
