Located about 3 minutes from Urbino. No neighbors. No traffic noise. Large bedroom in what appears to be a totally renovated building. Large family room at the entrance with a wood stove keeping everything cozy. Large comfortable bed. Ample bathroom with double wide shower. Two minutes from two super grocery stores.

Breakfast was not included, but there are plenty of shops in Urbino where you can get a bite to eat before touring Urbino. For the area around a major tourist attraction, the price was very reasonable. Free internet in the common areas was appreciated.

Straordinaria e cordiale accoglienza da parte dei padroni di casa. Gentilissima la signora Laura. Il signor Oriano è stato gentilissimo nel darci indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, luoghi dove mangiare e il funzionamento degli spazi del B&B.

The proximity to Urbino is perfect as you can still reach the center of town within 10 minutes or less. From the living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms you also have a fantastic view of Urbino. The hosts are also extremely kind and accommodating. The rooms are large, spacious and clean, and there's a nice common area as well as a kitchen where you can relax. For the price it really is an incredible bargain.

It would be nice to have some shampoo and conditioner available in the bathrooms. Also, to have more than one pillow available per person would also be a nice touch as I find the pillows can be very flat and not very supportive. Two would've solved this problem. Lastly, it would be nice if the wifi extended to the bedrooms instead of just the common area.

Tutto, camera grande, letto confortevole, al bagno si accede da un corridoio di pertinenza e quindi ad uso esclusivo dell'ospite. La gentilezza, la disponibilità del propietario, e la vista di Urbino.. impagabile!

Luogo molto bello, immerso nel verde, con una vista meravigliosa su Urbino. Dalle finestre il panorama sembra un quadro. La struttura è molto bella e curata, pulizia impeccabile ed i gestori molto cordiali ed accoglienti. Non è prevista la colazione ma vi è a disposizione la moka per il caffè e l'occorrente per un tè caldo.

L'unica cosa che avrei voluto in più è un sapone doccia, una piccola utilità che ci si aspetterebbe compresa nel prezzo (anche se in effetti era già menzionato nei i servizi non inclusi alla prenotazione)
