Location was good.

The roon wasn't clean and bed sheets was smelling. Towels was very smelling and didn't wash. Bathrooms wasn't cleaned and water wasn't drain in shower area. Charge too much money. There was no staff to ask any information. The room table lamp not working.

The beds were soft and my room included a refrigerator which had a britta. Complementary coffee and tea.

When I arrived at the bnb the man opened the door to my room and the beds were messy and the towels were clearly used. I had to wait for my room to be ready and the hall space was very small. When I tried to open the door with the code given to me the door would not open then the man attempted to open it setting off the alarm. In addition I did not receive the internet code and password in person, the code was seen to my email which I did not have access to because my phone had no internet which was poor planning on their part. There is also a shared bathroom which was hard to use in the morning because it was constantly occupied.
